Next page, next word: house sparrow. A bit hard to photograph since I don't have any that frequent my feeder. So I called in a substitute. He was very cooperative. In fact, I found him to be a little stiff.

We have all sorts of woodpeckers, nuthatches, Tufted Titmouse, Bluejays, Juncos, assorted finches, but no sparrows- so yes, this shot had to be about what was available! @alia_801 Thanks Alia- actually I think it would be a Robin if it wasn't made out of resin and tinted to look like oxidized copper. When I put the vibrance effect on this in Picnik, it made it look as if it was a glazed ceramic. I liked the colors, so I kept it.
@crickle1969 Thanks Chrystal. I used the vibrance effect on this and it's interesting how it just punched the pot and greenery up a notch and totally changed the bird. But I liked it. Glad you did too!
