A storm rolled in last night as the sun was going down. It brought along with it some beautiful clouds that reminded me of the clouds which the Baroque masters would paint in their pictures. Looks like the rain will be here for a few days, but I'm not complaining. I know we really need it.
@kerristephens Thanks Kerri! @louisefrance Thanks Louise! I couldn't make up my mind as to which one I liked the best! So- this way I got to post them all!
@karenann Thanks Karenann! I saw this layout used by someone the other day for the flowers in her garden and it was so beautiful I put it in the back of my mind to use "some day". Well, when I couldn't make up my mind on which cloud shot to post today, it gave me the perfect opportunity to post them all!
@summerfield I saw another 365er do this with some flower shots and loved the window look- so when I couldn't decide which cloud shot I liked best the little light bulb went off- oh use that!! So it wasn't completely my own idea-so to speak. Snow?? Well, you are farther north than we are.
Turned out beautiful Ann,and we are having rain here as well, and it looks like about two or three days of it. Even calling for sleet and snow tomorrow not far from where I am.
@rhubbard Thanks Rich. It was just the perfect time of day to light the clouds up this way. Ran in and got my camera- while dinner sat waiting on the table!
Great shots! Beautiful collage! What program did you use for this? I love the color of the clouds and the silhouette of the trees against them. We have rain here all week. I was lucky to have gotten out this morning while there was a lull to get my shot! Nicely done, Ann!
@beachradish Thanks Beachradish! (Resorted to the collage when I couldn't pick out a single shot!) @cortens Thank you Julie! @prttblues Thanks Bev! I used iPiccy for this one. Right now they are the only ones that I can remember that have the collage option and the beloved mirror frame- both are used here. @sangwann Thanks Dione! They were very captivating to watch. @cimes1 Thanks Carole! No, this is iPiccy. Right now I think they are the only ones who have both the collage option and the mirror frame option which are both used in the processing here. And yes, the rain (for a change!!) is a welcome sight.
@melorac Thanks Carole! I actually have 3 of you following me- Carole from FLA, Carole from the UK (my Scottish Carole!!) and Carole from Canada! It's a good thing you all come with different pictures or I'd really be confused! Glad you like the clouds!
@louisefrance Thanks Louise! I couldn't make up my mind as to which one I liked the best! So- this way I got to post them all!
@anazad511 Thank you Ana! I used iPiccy all the way on this one- collage and frame.
@kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi!
@mrssmith Thanks Carla!
I really do appreciate you both!!
they're calling for at least 2 inches of snow here tomorrow :-0 i've put away my winter boots!
@cortens Thank you Julie!
