There were several beautiful wildflowers in bloom. I was pleased to see this one as I have a "relative" of it growing in my garden. This is True Solomon's Seal. I loved the way the blossom seems to leap out of the green leaves. I have "False Solomon's Seal" growing in my garden. Unlike the cluster formation of TSS, FSS has bell-like blossoms that dangle down from the plant's stem.
No need to comment- I've finally figured out how to get the pictures in to the computer and then on to 365, so I'm just back-filling!
Thank you Timothy, Gerry, Sally, Dione, Kerri and Rick!
@omabluebird Thank you Susan! Yes- sometimes they can grow side by side- and then the True and False become more apparent.
