Today's March word is "branches" and it just so happens I captured these snow covered beauties this morning on the camera club photo walk before I knew that. While the water looks like glass immediately under the bush, it really wasn't still as Hidden Lake emptied out into a little creek just a few feet away.
I'll be sharing more from the photo walk this week. Although I'd have preferred it to be green and warm today, there were some pretty images to be found on this gray and snowy day and there are a few I really want to post.
Nice sense of movement in the branches, Ann. I'll look forward to more shots from your walk.
BTW, what is the deal with this "March" word, etc. -- is that posted somewhere in the 365 page?
@aikimomm Thanks Phoebe! There are some folks who put together a word list each month. They take nominations and combine them with some of the more interesting international/national days (like the World Nutella Day that the 365 Toy Group did recently) and whatever holidays fall in that month. It's not a competition and a lot of folks like using them as a form of inspiration or guidance in their projects. This particular reflection was really fascinating- I took a ton of shots- but in the end this close-up section was my favorite.
