We went to Celticfest in Bethlehem PA in September of 2014. I was amazed at the original glass in this window and the way it distorted both the reflection and the objects behind it.
An awesome composition! Love the color and the capture of the ripples in the glass! We had similar glass in our first home and I hated it for the distortion! Now I think I would love it for the same reason!
Thank you Lindy, Sally, Margo, Graham, Anja, Katy, Rick and Jane!
@digitalrn We were just back there for Musikfest (met up with my cousin last minute otherwise I would have emailed you and Marc). Didn't take too many pictures this time because we were there at night.
@janewinfrey It is lots of fun- my favorite part is the drum and pipe corps- I love bagpipes!
What a cool window. I love the glass. I like that it's not a thin sheet. It has character and I love that color red. You make all your photos very artistic.
Very pretty! This glass gives me the feeling of looking through water. The red provides such contemporary energy, which draws out some of the more traditional decor in the background. Love the candle in the window!
@jennywren Thanks Jen! When I saw this month-long theme posted I thought it would be fun. Then my car died! I had to resort to using old shots to make it through the month, but I'm glad I did because it's really been fun finding some of the ones that never got posted but deserved a second chance!
Thank you Lindy, Sally, Margo, Graham, Anja, Katy, Rick and Jane!

@gratefulness Thank you Sandi! This glass was really thick- but then with every pane pretty much handmade that's not surprising.
