Architectural August 23

This shot was taken originally in May of 2014 but I could have easily gone back to Eschbach farm today and taken it again. I love the huge white barn as a photo subject but sometimes the smaller buildings on the property are just as photogenic. This window can be found on one of the smaller barns on the property and it was a bit tricky making it "straight" since there wasn't a straight line on any single side of it!

This finishes up a week of windows for the Architectural August challenge. Next week, a look at places that some call "Home Sweet Home".
Wonderful window with great reflections contrasting with the decay in the window itself.

SUCH an incredibly interesting picture! I can get lost looking at the different details ...the old chipped paint on the frame, the reflections of the dead trees in the glass panes, dark empty frames, the opposite window frame on the other side....I LOVE everything about this capture!!! FAV
