Yellow Fans on Black Pavement

These leaves were scattered all over the sidewalk and street when I went shopping at the Farmer's Market this past Saturday. I'm not sure what kind of tree they came from and I forgot to check the bark for identification. But they sure were pretty!

Thanks to my 365 friends, I have learned they are Ginko leaves.
