Thank you Kathy, Lisa, Linda, Diane, and Ferry! Thankfully when I showed it to Jeff he said it was a draft which he then typed up on his letter head- so Dennis never saw this! Good thing- if he had I think he would have assumed his tile man had flipped his lid!
