Isaac and I went to the park by the library the other day. He really wanted to explore this underground tunnel which is located away from and under the park (it was originally part of an old factory) but as we looked at the graffiti and thought more carefully about what could be "down there", the "unknown" convinced us it might be better to leave well enough alone!
Many thanks to one and all! He turned and smiled after this shot and it's true his Grammy was more fearful about going in there than he was (at first!) but he's a smart boy and listens well to reason- at least when it comes from Grammy!
We arrived home from Kentucky at 1:30 AM this morning so I am saying a quick thanks and going to bed! I shall catch up with you and my project tomorrow.
@vesna0210 Thank you Vesna- yes, I was very uncomfortable there and wanted to leave right away! But first, I had to make my grandson feel he was part of the decision- he's 12 now and really likes to think for himself. thankfully he made the right decision too!
