Memorial Day Service

Our church held a service in honor of our nation's fallen soldiers tonight. It was beautiful and so moving. One of our members, a retired airman from the army, led the service and did a beautiful job of explaining the difference between Memorial Day and Veterans Day as well as the significance of the Poppies and the history of this celebration. This is a shot of some of the table decorations on display during the meal after the service.
