No photos today so am using another one from yesterday's visit to see George. How he has grown in just one week. You are all going to be fed up with George as I suspect he will be featuring in my project quite a lot. LOL!!
Finlay is going mad at the moment because the fireworks have started. He hates the bangs and barks because it frightens him. How I hate this time of year. Why can't people go to an organised display instead of having display sized fireworks in their small gardens? Grrrrr - Grumpy of Wellingborough!!
gorgeous. I always feel so sorry for animals on bonfire night. Luckily we don't celebrate it here. the animals suffer enough on New Years Eve. Although we only have organized firework displays here. Home fireworks are banned in most States here.
We used to celebrate Guy Fawkes Day aka Cracker Night at home when I was a kid. Our nanny state now prohibits private possession of fireworks so we get the massive public version now (but not on GFD). Our council seems to find lots of reasons to have these displays which are clearly audible from our place and drive Maggie totally nuts.
So sweet. Fav!! 😀. Daisy's in her usual fireworks hiding place..... under the sofa. The bangs are really loud tonight. I'll be glad when it's all over, trouble is they keep going on night after night
