Spotty

The leaves on this oak tree in the park have turned brown but none of them have dropped off.
As I stood under it wondering why I noticed this one spotty leaf that looked quite nice.

That sounds like a black oak. Their brown leaves can stay on until the new leaves push them off. It looks like some kind of fungus on the leaves making the spots....pretty in it’s way.
