A murder of crows

I had fed these crows some nuts on my way to the meadows and on my way back they were all sitting in these trees watching me leave.
There is one wily one that leaves the pack and waits until I’m out of their view before he lands by me and hops along beside me. He has figured out that I keep a nut back in my pocket so he gets the final reward.
Clever crow and marvelous b&w!

Lovely story. You must be very popular with the crows. I love how they call a group of crows. Something I learned today "a murder of crows ".

Great shot. I’ve read that crows can recognize facial features so I think you’ve made a friend!
