Market Day 2 by peadar

Market Day 2

So, Marloes @stimuloog suggested a crop of my post for today and here it is. I think she was right!

I think it looks already more exciting. But, if it was my shot (and this ís for me, isn't it? ;-)) I would do some extra cropping on the bottom (if you aim for the shadow, then not, but I've seen clearer shadows in your shots) and on the left side. So you give some extra space to that nice shining single fruit on the right. Not bad against the white background but how would it look against a black background? Now I've made myself sooo curious ;-)
Thanks for this special shot and I am happy to FAV it because it definitey has exciting elements in it (great detail and mysteriousness). :-)

I do enjoy your market day shots and often wonder what you are cooking with your ingredients. You must be quite a foodie! Love the simplicity of this shot.

Nice colours on a white background. Almost minimalist. We call them chichingeri and eat them dipped in chocolate

I do like this cropped version.

@flowerfairyann Ann, thank you. Sometimes they are just ingredients which go back in the cupboard or fridge for later use. If I have a specific dish in mind I'll try and comment on that as I post the photo.

I love these things, we get them once a year in our market, later in the summer, I think. I am going to check tomorrow, just to be sure!
