A local veterans organization put on a breakfast this morning for us vets at Christ Church at Grove Farm. This photo doesn’t show it but there were about 20 people there. There were two vets from WW2, most from Vietnam, a couple from Iraq. The fellow with the microphone organized the event.
It was a nice get together. We all swapped stories of the funnier parts of military service with no talk of the darker stuff some encountered.
