Hanging Baskets (Take 2) by phil_howcroft

Hanging Baskets (Take 2)

Here is the left hand side hanging basket of the two baskets either side of the porch.

I've called the image - Hanging Baskets (Take 2)

Take 2, because it's the second time I've had to photograph them.

Take 2, because someone did 'take 2' baskets when they stole them.

This basket is on the left hand side as you look at it, The 'take 1' image was of the right hand side !!

The baskets should be in full bloom, but these are way behind where they should be because they were late going up because of the 'take 2' incident

Anyway - Hanging Baskets (Take 2)
Lovely colours - I love the purple trumpetty flowers at the left :o)

So pretty Phil. Hope you've booby trapped the new baskets in case the thieves return!

I loved your last baskets Phil and it looks like these are equal to the task. (I hope you've found a way to lock them to the hooks though) Such a cheerful concept.

Ha ha love the commentary - you are so funny! Take 2 still looks great especially given the circumstances of its coming to be.

I saw a great Dan Cruickshank programme about some old film form c 1908 that has been found and remastered so they run like modern film. He did a great ride through central Nottingham interspliced with an old film taken on the same route from the top of a tram. It was really fascinating. I did my PGCE at Nottingham University so know it a bit. I hope you got to see it. I love all the stuff Dan Cruickshank does - he is a very quirky man but quite brilliant.
