This is the view from my seat in the East Stand of the Reebok Stadium, where I watch my team (Bolton Wanderers FC) play EPL (English Premier League ) fixtures
The crowd is settling down waiting for the teams to come out. The sun is low and is casting long shadows from the West Stand roof onto the grass.
What can you see in the crowd......well two men are eating pies...they sell pies as part of the food fayre available. My mate Bill (who I share a lift for our 240+ mile round trip for every game), is on the front row (right of frame, with dark glasses). Not may footie shirts in evidence (people wearing coats) as the temperature is always pretty cold at the Reebok ......the wind blows in from 'winter hill' from the West Pennine Moors !
As for the match ..another awful inept performance from the Wanderers as we were well beaten 2-0 by Sunderland. I cannot describe how depressing the 2 hour+ drive home was. Me and Bill were in despair. I think we are going down this year.
The best thing about the match was the autumn sun, which was quite pleasant to sit in. I don't know why I put myself through the anguish and upset of watching the rubbish BWFC are currently serving up!

@sleepdozer57 you cannot believe how bad we were peter...... our midfield was totally devoid of ideas, Davies immobile, petrov lazy, robinson useless.......i could go on , but those three were the worse of a really bad eleven

Harry & I were just saying this morning after watching the rugby that we don't think we would be up for that tension every week watching our football team play !! We do watch PNE & Blackpool but are not avid fans & I couldn't stand the pressure ! How about Man U & City today !!!! Pitch looks good !! Have just seen what Judith put , not too sure I would recommend PNE !! Why not Notts Forest ?
