Tuesday was a rather strange lunch time walk with Ruby
As we walked through the market we saw some ponies.
As we walked by the 'money shop' we saw some ponies.
As we walked by ASDA we saw some ponies.
Apparently the ponies and their helpers were collecting money for a charity for children with special needs. The children really respond to having pony rides, so this was in essence what the charity was all about .
I would have liked to get in a bit closer for my images, but I was unclear as to how Ruby would react (she was keen to get across the road for a close inspection.....rather too keen )
Anyway this is an ASDA Arnold street scene that you don't see very often.
Very small ponies they are too !!! Lovely idea though & I expect they did their job beautifully by raising money for a good cause !! Would have been interesting to get a shot of Ruby saying hello to the donkeys !!!!!!
Ha, great shot and a little exciting to see such a shot as a street photographer. I would have shot away as well. I, like Ruby, would want to get closer!
great shot - and funny commentry - lots of ponies in Arnold today then? and yeah I bet Ruby wanted a closer look - she probably wanted to challenge them to a race
This is probably the most exciting thing Arnold has seen in months!
