The view from Wilko's car park

Wilko's Arnold car park is on top of the store.

You can just about get some views over the town from the top of the store.

These are the rooftops of some of the local shops and the 'ufo flying saucer' breaking the symmetry of the rooftops is actually a street light.

The clouds on the top of the frame look like they have been cloned a bit, but the dark 'paintbrush line at the top is how the clouds looked !!!!

This is a superb roof line with interesting chimneys, slates & bricks. The street light looks rather like an overhead light in the ceiling & you could just switch it off & on! Of course this cries out for a B/W shot! Wonderful Phil!
