Mother Nature Fights Back

This was a quick shot before I went to work on Wednesday.

Isn't mother nature clever. This crocus has been covered by a blanket of snow for over a week and as the snow slowly melts here it is fighting back.

A bit battered and a bit droopy, but still looking rather beautiful on a bitter cold morning
