Th landlord probably thought he could 'cash in' by building the offices next to the train and tram lines (tram station just out of picture)

Looks a bit like a pen and ink drawing don't you think

Not much beautiful design there but functional I suppose, it looks very boxy. All those offices empty...a sign of the times I suppose!

Doesn't look that old actually but even so mightn't have insulation so the noise from the trains would be a nusciance!

It looks like a 1960s/70s brochure for something. What depresses me is that Cambridge is busy building flats that look like this.

Sad to think someone obviously sunk a lot of money into this project. Certainly it is lacking in grace or style but it shows striking lines.
