Little People by phil_howcroft

Little People

It's half term at school so I've took a couple of days off work.

Today (Thursday) we went walking in the Derbyshire Peak District . I'm posting this on Wednesdays date, because I've got quite a few pics to share from the walk,

We parked at the Robin Hood Car Park, wandered our way up the hills and down the dales and up the hills again. Had a picnic next to the Wellington Monument, walked over to Curbar Edge. A great day for walking and taking photos. About a 6 mile walk ...spoiled by the journey home when we were stuck on the M1 for over an hour between J28 and J27 because of a crash near J27.

These are little people on Curbar Edge.

Post processed in GIMP and given an "Agfa Precisa" film finish with the G'MIC plugin filter

Love the rocks here. Derbyshire is one of my favourite places to visit in the UK. Btw, there may be one more post from NZ as I took one this morning on the way to the airport. We're just killing time in Singapore airport at the moment.
