From Whippet Hound to Afghan Hound

How do you make a Whippet dog look like an Afghan dog?

By putting my winter hat (Russian / Deputy Dawg style hat) on her head !

Ruby, modelling my hat. You know the one's with a furry top and deputy dog fluffy ears that hang low !

Shot with my 50mm lens with a very willing and patient model

Post processed in GIMP, with auto levels, a crop , a tiny bit of cloning of fur and a 88% sharpen filter (as opposed to unsharp mask)

There was a little bit of red reflected underneath her chin from the red blanket she is sat on, so I converted this to mono !!

Omg that has to be the cutest shot ever ever - a real stunner you should enter it for a photo comp it is simply perfect! Mine saw a borzoi once in bushy Park it looked like a small horse they were terrified took 2 sightings before they were brave enough to say hello. I don't think this Afghan hound would scare them tho!
