Bicycle On The Footbridge

This is Bicycle and rider on the Basford Tram stop bridge.

Another shot from my lunch time walk with my Panasonic TZ7

A jpeg file edited in Rawtherapee. I added a "colour pop" setting to enhance vibrancy and colours, a Neutral Density Filter to bring out the sky and a minuscule bit of tone mapping.

Looks pretty cool to me.

My pre processing workflow is going to be a Rawtherapee / GIMP combo'

That app won't work on a mac computer, Phil! Its a good shot - doesn't look fiddled with at all!

@maggiemae thanks maggie, it works on mac computers, the blurb reads ...."It is cross-platform: Linux, Mac, or Windows, be it 32-bit or 64-bit" , the download page has mac operating systems downloads (won't work on an ipad)

The lines are very pleasing and I like very much the way they take the eye to the man on the bike - he could so easily have been overwhelmedd by the strength of the lines but instead they serve to emphasise him and so his pre-occupied air is very noticeable. Neat! Fav.
