Percy Street, Old Basford, Nottingham

Shot with my panasonic TZ7 on my work lunch time walk

This is a beautiful old former brewery building.

Post processed in GIMP with a G'MIC Kodachrome 64 film emulation filter. I tried to straighten my converging verticals

If only someone walked into the frame from the left hand side wearing a red coat to allow me to click as they walked between windows 1 and 2 :) . I only get 30 mins for lunch, so I might have been waiting all afternoon !!!

I've done this building a few times, but never this view
I can see by the beautiful brick construction that this is on a slope! That person would have looked good to show that! Its great to see those arched windows and the design above!

This is a lovely capture...the brickwork and windows are wonderful. Beautifully comoposed Phil. The blueish tones on the bottom really help frame it nicely.

An interesting shot - apparently very symmetrical but a closer look reveals lots of difference too! (I'm wearing a red jumper today - sorry - too late!)
