I went to Nottingham CosPlay today. When I say I went to it, I meant I loitered around Bolero Square. outside the Nottingham Arena, looking for people to photograph.
Meet Jenny, who was creating the role AKI, from the 2017 Syfy TV series Blood Drive.
Jenny was with Julian Slink another character from the series, Julian Slink was her partner Alan, who had an equally impressive outfit as Jenny.
Jenny and Alan are both from Nottingham and like to visit various Cosplay events throughout the country. They said that the event in the arena and other events was more about meeting other CosPlayers rather than the content on offer from the event.
Oh and Jenny's character AKI is an artificial intelligence designed by Heart Enterprises, an evil corporation that rules the world in the dystopian "distant future" of 1999, after a massive earthquake caused a series of massive chasms to open. Aki says that a glitch in her programming made her sentient, giving her a "human-like" personality.

I gave Jenny and Alan a little card, shook both there hands and wished them a great event.
