A frame within a frame Selfie

The classic composition rule, a frame within a fame, In this case the door frame

Two weeks ago at camera club I shot Alan and Irene with my Industar И-61 53mm f2.8 vintage lens

Alan showed a lot of interest in the lens and so I told him to have a go with it and he took my portrait.

Alan shoots with a big full frame Canon DSLR and he quite seemed to like using the light Sony A6000.
