Derbyshire Walk by phil_howcroft

Derbyshire Walk

Yesterday, my wife, two daughters and Ruby went a walk into the Peak District, we were going to take our daughters on the walk Jane and I did a couple of weeks ago, but there has been so much rain it would have been far too muddy and possibly flooded in some parts of the walk.

So we did the Monsal Trail and followed it into Bakewell. The morning and early afternoon were rather sunny and we had a picnic in the sun, albeit at 8C !

This is my wife, daughters and Ruby walking under a bridge.

Looks quite good in mono
I like it in mono! Love the texture on the bridge. Sounds like a chilly date for a picnic.

Good shot Phil. I've been intending to walk the trail, but haven't got around to it yet.

Wonderful shot Phil - love the bridge framing. It must have been lovely for your family to be all together for a walk now the girls are married off.
