Lockdown 1 to 1 Walk

Lockdown is a challenging time for us all.

Under lockdown rules we can meet 1 other person from a different household outside in a public place.

So I drove over to my daughter's house and had a walk with Claire and my granddaughter Willow.

Ruby came too, I was on pram pushing duties and Claire was on Ruby lead duties ! I had the better job.

Claire will be meeting my wife tomorrow for another "one to one other household walk".

The pandemic lockdown rules are difficult for us all.

Anyway, i recorded the event.

What an excellent idea! Horrid that it is only one person at the moment. I met a friend as she walked her dog yesterday. It's all you can do, but better than nothing. Here's hoping we are allowed more than this again soon. Lovely picture of your darling girls. Glad you managed to see you granddaughter too.

So lovely to see this family shot. When my grandchildren where still to young to walk I was always the one to push the pram or pushchair and I really enjoyed it

This is a great picture but it surprises me to see Ruby actually so much smaller than my greyhounds. Most pictures don’t show a size reference as clearly.

It’s very sad that a happy time like this is spoilt by this vile virus. No chance to have a proper cuddle & see her inside where it’s warm....so glad you can at least do this though....so many happy family times are so different! We can’t see our great granddaughter of course but it’s different as we wouldn’t be able to anyway without a trip on an aircraft so it’s not as noticeable but if she was only half an hour away we would feel it too!

@happypat thanks Pat, I want to do a proper photoshoot , with Willow, Claire and Matt, the government may relax the rules for Christmas. We can in theory do a support bubble house meet, so will explore that option.
