Stourhead Falls by phil_sandford

Stourhead Falls

Spent a lovely day at Stourhead House & Gardens today with Carole. Weather was patchy, but the forecast rain didn't happen.

Took loads of 'classic' Stourhead photographs, the bridge for example, but after Carole heard 'running water' I went exploring and found this cascade of water.

Still learning the art of 'silky water' so please bear with me asI bore you in the coming days/weeks.

This is lovely! Glad you got the effect you wanted - you certainly worked hard to achieve it !

wow, are you using any ND filters for this? It seems to be a bright day for such a long exposure.

@rachealspictures Thank you for comment (and follow)
Just a standard UV filter. Was a overcast day, and where I took this was under trees.
