This picture was technically taken a couple of minutes after midnight, but I'm counting it for the first.
We've been watching old seasons of The Amazing Race on Disney+, and it felt like we were on the show while racing around town to find these cookies before midnight!
Chris won a free M&Ms cookie from a convenience store chain and he was really excited about it, but somehow he missed the chance to collect it. Then I won one too, and we had to get it by midnight. We went out late at night to get gas (which was very busy) and ran into the convenience store to pick up the cookie before midnight. It was getting late so we were rushing through the store trying to find the cookie. Eventually we asked the clerk, who took us to the wrong thing (Cadbury Mini Eggs), then took us to a different part of the shop before concluding that they were out of stock. Then the race was on (against the clock) while we took the quickest possible route across town to a different location and searched that store for the cookies. It was 11:59 when I redeemed the free cookie with literally seconds to spare!
Chris was very happy with his free cookie, so it was worth it, lol.
