We went on a very short walk today, hoping to see a particular kind of duck. We didn't find the ducks we were looking for, but saw a bunch of other little wildlife (pollinators and birds, mostly), including this white-breasted nuthatch! There are a lot of them around here I think, but we don't usually get to see them up close so it was exciting.
