cool teal (word of the day) - the pattern in the rug

cool = balance and calm - I used to practise on this rug when I started learning T'ai Chi

Nice colour - so balance and calm, I'm getting the calm ok but not the balance (wit my T'ai Chi that is)

@ness50 To me, in this context, balance means more keeping composed and not letting things upset me, than actual physical balance - just mention that as maybe you were a bit misled by my use of 'balance'! It took me absolutely ages to learn each move of T'ai Chi.
