I want to tell you a 'story'.... by quietpurplehaze

I want to tell you a 'story'....

.......about the little land train (or Noddy train to the locals) which takes visitors from the car park through the woodland along the base of the headland at Hengistbury Head to Mudeford Sandbank. (£1.20 adults, only 10p per dog!) You can also walk the same route which is what we did this time.
If it's a sunny day, the best is to walk up over the headland. There are views of the beaches, open sea and The Isle of Wight to one side and to the other, Christchurch Bay.
From where the train stops, a short walk takes you to the ferry (if you like) and you can go across to Mudeford Quay to buy some fresh fish.
Awww - oh to be 5 again!

@judithg Become the driver .
I think I also choose for the walk . Although I never passed my childhood completely. (That`s why granddads have grandchildren , to have an excuse to take a trip on the train)
