'breakfast' (bonus word) today is boiled egg in a sheep eggcup
I did have the idea of photographing my breakfast every morning to see how healthily (or not) I am eating.... Today we had the eggs with crusty bread and followed by lemon curd. I always used to make a pot of lemon curd for Ray's dad at Christmas time as he loved it. Now when I make it, I often remember that. I once took a pot to some friends, who ate it spooned over ice-cream.
Time to take Jinks out now - and look for a bicycle.
The egg cup is wonderful - looks nice and sturdy to withstand bashing the shell on top! Pretty daffs and love the jug. I love lemon curd - and am going to try in on vanilla ice cream because I know it will be perfect!
Hope you enjoy your ice cream and lemon curd! The great thing about these egg cups (Clare gave Ray a cow one at the same time) is that you know they will never fall over and spill your egg over the table!
I've tried photographing my daffs today but not happy with the results, gonna have another bash tomorrow and see what i can come up with! love your shot although where are the soldiers? :)
A wonderful capture of a still live ,and beautiful , breakfast table .
I always think : if it taste good , it is good ( and If you feel good, that`s the best thing for you health )
I`ll send you the original pic. with a letter end of this week
@chrismarfil@dreams Thanks very much both of you - well if you don't think about the amount of lemon curd I ate after the egg, I guess it's really healthy!
I think it was the daffodils which prompted the breakfast photo, bought for just £1 in the supermarket yesterday and they were then in tight bud.

Thank you - we eat lots of eggs in this house, especially since the govt said it's OK to do so haha!
We've got a lovely cow one too - I'll put that in the next breakfast photo!!!!! (Very practical and stable!)
I love daffodils too and they arrive just at the right time of the year!
Oh no, forgot the soldiers - I'll make sure I do them next time! I'll look for your daffs, tomorrow.
If you lived nearby, you'd be very welcome! (We had some nice music on as well!)

You'll have a good choice! I really couldn't believe just how scarce bicycles were around here yesterday.
The spring flowers are gorgeous now, I agree!
You noticed all the yellow where I hadn't. I had a yellow check serviette, should have included that in the pic!
Thank you, Ferry - well if it tastes good to you, it's definitely good but you don't have a sweet tooth?!!! (Look forward to my email).
My idea ofa pretty good breakfast too but tomorrow will be 'full English' with bacon, mushrooms (my favourite) and tomatoes with the egg.
