You are so good with the makeup and your clothing. I always thought I’d learn how to do makeup before I was an adult, (or 50 or 60) but I always feel self conscious in it and no matter what it looks like, wash it away.
I always worry I am posting too many! Prior to getting my Samsung my selfies were pseudo-selfies, and it was always easy to smile at Ray who was taking them!
Dixie, my daughter made me the heart earrings and gave me the scarf - so maybe she is the one 'styling' me. In truth I think it's best to do what pleases you.
The first thing that annoyed me about the iPad was having 'Sent from my iPad' at the end of every email. I disabled it. After that, there was no stopping the iPad which treated me with total disregard!!!!!!
I used to have a Samsung phone and a Sumsung pad and I loved them but over the years I have slowly been converted to i-everything. (My husband loves new technology toys and so he often either gives me his hand me downs or buys me new things as gifts) I’m used to it now, and I do enjoy all my gadgets but I always get a little grumpy when I have to change and learn a new system.
I think you find the thing that works for you - everyone is different! Did you ever see that wonderful German video of the man given an iPad by his daughter and she is asking how he is getting on with it? It's only 30 secs long and is a clip from a German TV show. If you don't speak German, it doesn't matter. The action says it all! I think it will make you smile :) https://www.wimp.com/so-dad-how-do-you-like-the-ipad-we-got-you/
Something good came out of lockdown. Ray would otherwise still have been reading the newspaper in a paper version!
Snap!!

Earrings made by Clare, my daughter who also gave me the scarf!
It's very kind of you but I don't have/need a mobile and I never want to commune with an iPad again - my laptop is 'my place'!
Thanks for that and now I know what I was doing wrong! I do speak German but yes, not necessary!
Peter thank you!
Dear Margo- such a lovely comment thank-you....
