@cleanfreak Thank you! No, I wasn't lying on the grass but the rose was climbing up the wall - something I've sometimes felt like doing!!!!!!!

What a beautiful POV. What is the name of this rose? I love roses but have not had the opportunity to grow any in the house we are in :-(

@creativeamateur Thanks, Paula, this is a climbing rose called 'compassion' - I think it's quite a traditional old-fashioned English rose, and it has a lovely peachy scent.
