These cattle on Exmoor like to stand immobile in the middle of the road in front of exasperated motorists.

I think it`s dangerous for cars and cattle. No farmer around to take it back to the meadow ?

@pyrrhula No, it's on open moorland. The same here in the New Forest in the south of England with the ponies which live wild. (But they don't have big horns!)
