I think this tree is getting a bit too tall for our front garden.

I woke up from a fitful sleep this morning to find a nice skyscape after sunrise, punctuated by a couple of plane trails and this tall tree of ours. (Had to go downstairs for my camera.)

It is a shame isn't it. A memory of a long ago Christmas perhaps? It does look good against the early morning sky.

@w3n6y No not originally a Christmas tree but we used to have a tall yew hedge and a spruce in the centre of the garden. Everything went in order to make a scree garden with shrubs and grasses, easy to manage, but this one tree stayed and just keeps growing and growing!
