I've always loved tulips but never realised how photogenic they are: think it will be a good excuse to treat myself to a bunch every time I visit the supermarket when they are in season!
The season are increase in our country to nearly a round the year. beautiful close up capture.
I like them more in gardens as in a vase as they, so we say, grows in a vase. When you`ve made a beautiful arrangement to day , tomorrow you have to do a new one as they have grow taller.
Thank you and yes I did. I'm having enormous trouble getting a good shot of them opened up in the vase - everything is shiny - have tried different settings, different cameras.........

That's an interesting comment as I chose this one out of 3 partly because it filled the frame!
