A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Well of course dogs and humans have different povs - chuckle! I certainly always think of his welfare even if he does not appreciate it! (Being on hols I guess you will have missed the fact that he escaped from the garden 10 p.m. one night (down the stream we think) and was on the loose over the fields etc until somebody found him at 6 a.m. the next morning not far from the main road - made me feel really bad....)
@quietpurplehaze Oh no........Jinks escaped!!! I can only imagine the panic that this would have caused so pleased to hear that he is back with you......and up to his tricks hehehehe
Oh this means business.....I think it's a fantastic idea....can't have a jinks escaping again, such peace of mind! He will be watching it go up....would love to see what's going on in his brain! I think it will be lovely for everyone...a nice private place for everyone!
You are very perceptive, Pat. Already, just with my makeshift barricade of garden pots and a bit of fence, this space has a different feel. You would smile if you saw Jinks, though: this morning he came out onto the deck, had a look and then went upstairs to lie underneath the bed.
@quietpurplehaze how funny, he must know his escapade has caused this new project! I love a garden with lots of 'rooms' & this will be yours...a little sun trap out of the wind!
You made me laugh - he needs it - believe me! (Can't have him going awol for 8 hours at night like he did recently!)
He doesn't think so of course and I'm sure he's going to share it with us.

He won't be happy when they go up!
The trellis will be 3 feet tall, based on the knowledge than he can jump on to a bed which is 2 feet tall!
Yes, there will be a few tubs - just to soften the lines of the trellis you understand!
Great B+W capture of a lot of work.

And this morning he came out on to the deck when we had breakfast but soon went back into the living room to be in comfort on the sofa!
