I had a trip to Winchester today but thought I might not be able to stay as it took me a tour of 2 different car parks to find a parking space.
Dean was playing and singing beautifully in the street. I put some pound coins in his guitar case on the ground and motioned to my camera, to which he nodded his head.
So all I can tell you about him is that I thought he was a great musician. The Christmas Market and Ice Rink by the cathedral started in November and the whole city was throbbing with people. I'll not be going again until after New Year and the January sales!
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Two lovely shots of Dylan !-- so lovely to have a decent musician playing in the street . I am afraid I can not deal with the hustle and bustle of the throbbing crowds these days In fact I have not been to any major town this Christmas and have no intentions to wheel my scooter through the crowds ! Any way back to the subject --I love the pop of red of his scarf !
I agree, and I don't 'do' crowds at the best of times, Beryl but the throng has to be seen to be believed and it's only early December.
