The store was started by the cheese maker who is the sister-in-law of a former co-worker. Their last name is English and my co-worker's husband and the cheese maker's husband and their father run the English Dairy Farm which is a century farm. I bought tomato basil. It's sort of a creamy cheese - just perfect with crackers for a savory treat at some holiday get-togethers.
