@kchuk Thank you Elyse for taking the time to view my photo and leave these kind comments. I thought it was very beautiful out there at the lake last night.
This is nostalgic for me. The house we grew up in had a river through its back yard, and we lived in the river all summer long. We had a rope swing into it too.
@ziggy77 Thank you Jo for the feedback and the Fav. It had been in the upper 90's that day and had been in the 80's and 90's for several weeks, so the water was probably like bath water. @cejaanderson I used to swim at another spot on this lake. Then they land owners put rocks on the side of the road where we parked
and developed a lot of the lakefront so the shore line is mostly inaccessible. Not supposed to be swimming here, but hey! i understand. And thank you for the Fav @tosee Thank you so much. @lygolden Thank you for the lovely comment and the Fav. It was a gorgeous evening. @owlsandanchors Appreciate your kind words and Fav @sparrowphotography Thank you so much @pusspup Thank you. Since you're in winter, I'd say it was much warmer. @overalvandaan Thank you so much for the comment and the Fav. @peterlgrave Thank you Peter. How much warmer than the 90's do you like it? @craftymeg Thank you Margaret. I think it's had ample time to warm up. We've had a very warm late spring. Probably was like bath water, although I didn't put my toe in it to check. @pyrrhula Thank you so much. @confectioner Thank you Marilyn. @frankhymus Thank you Frank for the comments and Fav. I like how the light was peaking around the trees on the shore. I really wouldn't have been able to get a typical shot of the sunset without being in the middle of the lake. @digitalrn Thank you so much Rixk @birdy Thank you Lois. I appreciate your stopping by to view my photo and the nice comments and Fav. @novab Thank you Nova.
With 4 months averaging below 30c (86f) in the 70,s and the other 8 months above 30c it has to be around 38 (100f) before i dip my lily white feet into the water Kathy.
