i've never tried knitting. it looks hard with two hooks and all those counting. i almost failed home-ec because of that; but i convinced the teacher that i will bake a pizza (which was a new thing at the time) so i bought an unbaked pizza and put it in the school oven. she was happy and i passed. 😂 i so admire you for this. i bet you're busy making something for everyone. happy knitting!
This is so pretty- I love the colors (I always love your color choices!) and the pattern. It reminds me of my Early American weaving book that had similar patterns to be made on a four harness floor loom. Beautiful!
@summerfield Thank you Vikki. I am making a number of gifts, but am just about finished. You have many other skills and probably wouldn't have the time to add this to your list of talents. @sdutoit Thank you Sylvia. @jamibann Thanks so much Issi. @kjarn Thank you Kathy @grammyn Ah Katy, thanks. You have other skills and talents I don't have. This is a good one for me. @will_wooderson I hope to Will. @brillomick Thank you Mickey. @haskar Thank you very much. @tunia Thank you Tunia. @cocobella Thanks Corinne. @olivetreeann Thank you. I chose it because i liked that it felt like a woven project and did have a rustic/early American feel to it. @thewatersphotos Thank you Gary.

Am fascinated by this project, delighted to see it nearing fruition. I haven't done much knitting for a while, mainly because l haven't 'fallen across' anything that rocks my boat. Having said that...this project looks fascinating. I wonder if you could find a moment to send me the pattern details etc. so that l can get a copy and check it out. No is an acceptable response.

Hello Kathy
I haven’t received the details for the pattern.
I deliberately didn’t put my email address in full so as not to be targeted with spam or hackers. My address is as shown on December 9th above. In order to confuse hackers etc. the words in brackets are what would normally be '.’ and ‘@'. Pse don't hesitate to grill me if l haven't explained this well ;-(.
Would you be so kind as to have another go? Am yearning for the details of this item ;-). Thank you.
@s4sayer I thought I had it right. Then I got a message it was sent to Sherlock. Are you a member of Ravelry? Is that your user name on that site? If so, it may be waiting for you there.
