1913, 1938, and 1961

Get Pushed # 454
My get-pushed partner challenged me to find or create a shot that is inspired by a book that is meaningful to you. I pondered on this challenge all week and decided the book most meaningful to me is the Bible. Here are several Bibles. The one at the very right was my grandmother's Bible from 1913 (age 17), the one to the right of that is mine dated 1961, and the bottom right was my mother's, dated 1938 (age12).
@365anne Here is my photo for your challenge. It was quite difficult to figure out a book, but I kept coming back to this one. Thank you for this challenge.

This would be my favorite, as well! I like the composition and lighting. And how cool to have these from three generations.

How special to have all of these in one place. It is a terrific composition and a very poignant photo

@thewatersphotos Thank you Gary. Yes, it's nice, although my grandmother's Bible is missing covers and splitting up into pieces. Both of the older ones are quite delicate.
@grammyn Thank you Katy. Apparently I must have got hold of my mother's because I'm sorry to say I wrote all over the title page. (Hopefully I was young. Sometimes that's a good excuse.)
@jamibann Thank you Issi.
@jb030958 Yes it is. Thanks Jennie.
