Freshly mulched! [Post #900]

We finally had this bed (and all the others ringing the house) mulched. We used to do this ourselves (pronounced “Clare”), but it became an itchy-sneezy activity, so now we help the local economy and hire someone. (We would have to buy the mulch anyway, and the labor on top of that isn’t the bigger portion of the expense.) Okay butterflies and bugs: Now I’m ready! :)

Oh my gosh, Thom and @sailingmusic ...Mulch made me so sick one time! Granted, it had sat on our lake lot all fall and gotten rotten. Then I shoveled it into a wheelbarrow(s) to move it. I guess I breathed it all in, and oh my gosh, did I get a cough and respiratory issues after that. Thom, your garden plot is gorgeous!
