Maybe they didn't know where to put the apostrophe and just tried to make that problem go away?

@danette Thanks, Danette. Initially I just wanted to pixelate the license plate number, but I don't know how to do that to a selection in PS7, so I smudged it out and then realized I had a nice place to hide something in plain sight. It is truly astonishing how complicated people can make apostrophes. Astound is a great word here!

@rhoing Phew, glad I passed the English test! You should come to my area where English is a second language apparently to many sign painters.

@danette Opened a bottle of Italian wine last night:
“Made from a bland of fine local Tuscan varietals.”
Foreign product, but imported by a California importer that put its name on the label, so someone in the U.S. had to sign off on the labeling…
