The resilience of children

She doesn't care that it's a hospital. As long as there are familiar faces and a specimen cup to play with (and Gramma is holding her leg), she's good.

And Gramma was discharged today. Still no definitive diagnosis. She is to follow up with her primary care physician when we return home.

It's our little one's momma's birthday today, and *that's* who is not feeling well today. Not the visit we planned, but it's time together.

Oh, by the way, see the white cowbell on the table behind her? The hospital is preparing to open a renovation project on the floor below and they temporarily took the call system offline. Enter the cowbell call system.

@janeandcharlie Not to mention the billing statements that are coming in for all the scans and echocardiograms and...! The money is what it is. She has a neurology appointment next week and by that time it will be 3 months since the incident and she should be cleared to drive again.
