Haha. “Okay, boomer,” right — when was the last time you heard the term “information superhighway”? I reveal my boomer age group, no doubt. But I digress.

Increasingly frequent internet service interruptions have made online work intolerable. Finally Mediacom has sent out a real problem-solver. The guy has strung new, orange cable from the box at the back of our property to this box at the back of the house. (The light, gray cable is the new, orange cable.) For now, the cable is lying above-ground…
